Florida Fasteners Direct ships to all United States addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We also ship to Canada and Mexico. Please contact us prior to ordering to inquire about costs to other destinations.

Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Florida Fasteners Direct. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an item you purchased from Florida Fasteners Direct, you may return it within 90 days for a refund or exchange.
Products must be in new, unused condition, in original packaging and must be returned or exchanged within 90 days from receipt. If you have a return or exchange due to our shipping error, defect, or damage, contact us within 7 days. Replacement items will be shipped to you once the item being returned has been received.
