Pro-Tect Pool Enclosure Kit - Bronze

I was looking for a product to re-anchor my pool cage, as over half of the existing anchors had rusted away, and not much was holding it down; in Florida, that’s a big concern. I found this product online after looking for solutions and decided to purchase. I received the kit in a few days. Everything is included in the kit; you just need a good impact drill and driver. If you have ever used Tap-Cons before you should have no problems installing this, the sleeves fit perfectly when using the included drill bit properly. The Nylon caps fit tight and match the finish of the pool cage perfectly. I would recommend this product if you need to replace the existing pool cage anchors.

This kit included everything I needed to replace the old rusted out screws in the base of my lanai. Very fast shipping and a quality product.

The kit came promptly and was as described. I was pleased. When I attempted to drill into my pool deck I had difficulty drilling a hole. The supplied bits are masonry bits and were not designed to drill into my aggregate pool deck. I called Pro-Tect for help. The lady who answered the phone offered to check with contractors for advice. She called me back within an hour, told me I needed an SDS bit and offered to send two bits. The next day five bits arrived. I was able to drill successfully with the new bits. I would offer a hint to users. The tapcon screws did not drive easily and I rounded off the tops of two before they wee set. I backed them out, drove new screws until the drilling got difficult and then drove the screws the rest of the way with a socket wrench. Worked well. I was impressed with both the product and the service. Thanks.

The kit is complete and does a great job on replacing those old rusted out fastners. Customer service was great when I called with a question and shipping was quick. I highly recommend and will be ordering more fasters for the vertical surfaces in the very near future!

i have had loose , rusted and missing pool cage anchors for some time and have been looking for a solution to a problem that hundreds of pool owners must face every day , the only products available in DIY stores is what was already installed . this is a real upgrade on those and are realy easy to install . all i need now is to buy a new battery for my drill as i discovered it no longer holds a full charge and i could only install 2 anchors before it had to go back on charge , would recommend this product to any one with a pool cage
