This pool enclosure kit is available in a choice of finishes: white or bronze.
The PRO-TECT Fastener Protection System design allows for a sleeve to repel down to the firm concrete, giving rigidity to the aluminum around the fastener, reducing the risk of over torque, and creating a gully in the aluminum where water will collect. This shaft encases the fastener and protects it from salt, air, and water intrusion.
With the added protection of the color-matched glass-reinforced nylon cap, water and salt are now repelled away from the fastener head. This Pro-Tect cap and sleeve system also solves the problem of electrolysis or aluminum deterioration and fastener corrosion due to dissimilar metals touching, as they are not in contact. Now a more cost-effective, stronger, Miami-Dade-approved ceramic-coated Carbon Steel BLUE-TAP can be used, adding strength and stability to a now worry-free installation process. Pro-Tect Kit
Not as easy as the video showed. Almost all of my screws were broken and I needed to drill new holes next to the broken screws. This took much longer than I thought it would take me. Also, the plastic sleeves were too long for my cage. The insert that came with the screws recommended that I purchase the 3mm version available as a special order. I bought the kit so I wouldn't have to buy more things. I just ended up cutting each sleeve with a utility scissors. This took some time and also made the sleeves more difficult to insert into the augered hole in the cage, but I made it work.

Pro-Tect Pool Enclosure Kit - White
The bottim frame of my screen enclosure had become weathered and the original metal screws were rusted. I purchased new 1" x 2" frames rails from Lowes and installed them with the PRO-TECT Pool Enclosure kit. These tapcons were easy to install and cap and will never rust again. Very good product.

This is the kit to get
I purchased the Pro-Tect Pool Enclosure Kit on a handyman friend's recommendation. He said they were a dramatic upgrade to the brittle, rusty screws our pool cages were built with. The dude was right! The Pro-Tect kit is a truly high-end product. The blue screws are super-long and much tougher than the builder-grade screws. The sleeves and caps add further measures of protection against the harsh Florida climate. The installation tools are first-rate, as are the instructions. They even tell you what to do if the old screw heads break off, which of course mine did. Everything worked like a charm. I did have one question for Florida Fasteners Direct, and they came through like champions. Once my pool cage foundation project is complete, I will be back for the Nylo Tech kit.

Perfect Solution to Rusted Screen House / Lanai Anchors
This kit contains everything you need. The video shows how to do it and 90% of my screws came right out. The drill lasted for the entire job but there was a spare just in case. I had a couple stubborn screws where the head was so rusted, the driver just spun. I managed to grab hold of them with a vice grip and either snap the head or work them out. I had a couple 1/8" brackets which mounted directly to the floor. They offer special order version of these but for the few I had, I just used a scissors and clipped off the guides to the depth of the brackets. I'd recommend a pretty good driver for drilling and torquing down the screws. I used a Ryobi 18V 1/2" hammer drill which was perfect.
